Meet and Greet: Daphne Phillips

My name is Daphne Phillips (she/her).
I am the Communications and Engagement Manager on the communications team at the 成人头条 corporate office. I鈥檝e been at 成人头条 for 21 years.
In my role, I do a mix of things, including helping to share information across 成人头条 (and outside of 成人头条!), supporting our leaders with communication tools and materials, and sometimes sharing a lot of jokes!
In my view, the best part of my job is getting to work with amazing people who are doing really important and meaningful work.
What makes me really proud of my team and the work we do is that we really work together to create great materials to support staff at 成人头条, and to help share 成人头条's work with others outside the company.
When I鈥檓 having a tough day, the thing that keeps me going is my team!
My favorite quote or personal motto is, "Don鈥檛 dream it! Be it!鈥
If I were going to describe 成人头条 in three words, they would be heartfelt, compassionate, mission-driven.
